The advertising for this product is totally and utterly appalling. They are NOT for use on porcelain as they smudge as soon as you use them. I bought these to use on my ceramic coasters and it just all rubbed off. They should be marketed as for DECORATIVE USE ONLY. Total and utter waste of money. The customer services manager I spoke to argued with me and would not take on board my comments.

I tried to place my order over the internet and couldn't get it to work. When I had a problem with one of the products I purchased the customer services department were rude and not particularly helpful. They wouldn't take my comments on board and quite frankly I will not be recommending them and I will not order from them again. Not the sort of service you expect in this day and age.
