These were an excellent choice as a party bag present (I wanted something different from the usual plastic items that end up in party bags). The sale price was more attractice than buying discounted items from Amazon - needed to keep costs down for a January birthday after the expense of Christmas!

As usual the products in my order were of a good quality and I think the new fundraising catalogue is a great idea. However I had problems with the delivery of my items. I have encountered this before when I have ordered from yourselves. I ring to re-arrange and there is a lack of communication between the call centre and the depot and they don't get the message to the drivers. I've changed the delivery address and again it hasn't been passed on and it gets delivered to the other address. This is incredibly frustrating when you wait in for something and it doesn't arrive and is also a waste of money when you have to keep calling Home delivery network to find out what's happened to your parcel. Each time I seem to have problems with the delivery and it really lets down what is otherwise a fantastic service.
