Impressed by the speed of delivery but the web site is really difficult to negotiate - needs a much more specific seach or categorisation system. It's frustrating because there is more on the site than in the catalogue, it's just not easy to browse. Also a lot of the things in the catalogues that I recieved only 3 weeks ago are discontinued, if they go in the catalogue they should be stocked till the next catalogue is released.
Once I had made my order, I received notification from PayPal of a partial refund but no explanation from Yellow Moon. One product did not arrive in my order. I am still awaiting an explanation.
