One of the products I ordered was over three weeks late arriving, I had no correspondence from the company to advise there was a delay. I phoned to check what the problem was and was told it would be with me the next day, it wasn't so I chased again. I sent two e-mails to Yellow Moon to complain but had no response to either. Have used this company a number of times in the past but wouldn't use it again, communication is dreadful!!!!
