Reputation was good and products have been good. I was concerned to find out my order was going to be delivered too late to be useful to me (due to a power cut apparently). It also contradicted a text message to my mobile which gave me a delivery date which was acceptable to me. However, when I explained the situation, next day delivery was arranged. This was excellent customer service in response to my need and was much appreciated. If this had not happened, I would probably not have placed further orders.
