The wrong order was initially sent, but upon a phone call the correct order was delivered the next day. The operator on the phone was very apologetic and friendly.

Had intended to use these as prizes for party games. Poor quality gifts, cheap tacky plastic toys that broke in seconds/didn't work to start with

I would have done "excellent" but the order did not come in time. The help I got wasn't very good and i had to phone the shipping company myself to find out how to get my parcel in time for the party that weekend. However, I complained to Yellow Moon who were very apologetic and gave me a voucher in compensation. I would not assume the 3-5 working days delivery as mine took 6 working days and a weekend.
