Service was not great. It took an enormous amount of time for the order to arrive. The courier was changed, apparently. The parcel was delivered four doors down the street and was not signed for. It was unacceptable for the order to be delivered to complete strangers! A feeble appology was offered about the delay. Not impressed. An item was also missing and delivered later. Shocking service, will not be recommending, possible won't use again.

I am so sorry to hear your delivery took so long. I can see that the order was re-sent as soon as we were made aware of the delay, and delivered the next day. The order was unfortunately delivered to a neighbour, as orders require a signature to be delivered. I have passed your comments on, and have arranged for a Gift Voucher to be sent to you, and I hope you will give us another chance to restore your faith.
