I bought 4 of these set for a party, in every box there was at least 2 broken items and odd numbers ei.2 teacups, 4saucers,3 plates the number where different in every box. It was lucky a bought 4 boxes and that they are only for decoration not for presents. Maybe i was just just unlucky. On the upside my kids have really enjoyed painting them!

struggled to get my order through as my address doesn't have a number. It accepts it earlier but then when you go through to payment bit it doesn't which was frustrating. Called up but they couldn't sort so had to set up paypal as only way to get order through...however have to say delivering everything else fab
