The products arrived in good time and condition however I am VERY dissatisfied that Yellow Moon have charged me, as an Isle of Man resident, £6.50 post and packing yet despatched the good via 2nd Class Royal Mail - the actual cost of the package was £2.36. Despite contact with the company there has not been a satisfactory explanation for this blatant overcharging - I shall not be using them again, nor will I recommend the Company to collegues.

Unfortunately, and in common with most other mail order companies, we have to have a standard set of charges as it would not be possible to individually price each order that we dispatch. Our delivery charges are, we believe, clearly stated. I have passed your comments on to our Management Team.
I have been very pleased with my online shopping at yellow moon. Delivery was prompt. Yellow moon products are ideal for my young family, and better value for money than similar outlets, i.e hobble craft. You'll be pleased to know most of my christmas shopping this year was purchased from you.
