Great quick delivery, would love the cursor to return to the search box after each entry to make long orders easier to input. I would also like a box to leave details for an alternative delivery address if i'm out.

I was very impressed with the customer service. I had to send an item back and also needed a replacement. The service representative helped immediately, and I had the replacement via special delivery a couple of days later. I was also given a freepost address so that I would not have to pay to ship the return back. Excellent. Especially these days, when customer service is lacking in so many companies. I have also been extremely impressed with the actual items we have ordered, as they are excellent value for money. My kids love doing crafts and projects, and I found the items available via yellow moon to be exactly right at a good price.
