I was very pleased with the products I received. However, I have one major complaint: when I placed my order I paid extra for express delivery; the order duly arrived but one item was missing. There was no indication as to when this would arrive, just the words 'to follow' on the dispatch form. I phoned to check when this might arrive as I needed the item by a certain date, for my daughter's party. The person I spoke to did not fill me with confidence, even though he assured me that the item was due to be dispatched on Thursday 30th September. (The party was on Saturday 2 October). The item did not arrive until the Monday after the party, so I had to buy something else in the meantime. I found this particularly annoying as I had paid for express delivery in the first place and had then been assured that the item would be dispatched in time for the party. It would have been helpful to have had an indication of the expected dispatch date on the form.
