Not allowed to try due to appalling service from Yellow Moon

Service Rating:

We paid for Express Delivery - Yellow Moon made a mistake and put it through as Ordinary Delivery. We received no apology when we phoned - just the facts - when we e-mailed for an apology they blamed the COURIERS. This caused a spoiled Half term holiday as the refund took 1 1/2 weeks to arrive!!!!

lovely range of colours but lids very difficult to get off, even for adults. one child ended up covered in red paint - luckily it was the birthday girl, who thought it hilarious

all arrived very promptly. some things seemed a little expensive but others v reasonable and the overall result was a very happy and successful craft party
