It may not have been the actual product, although trying to keep the water at a certain temperature is extremely hard and this took for ever resulting in no eggs hatching, must also say that i do think the price was a little steep, we ended up spending 13.00 on a starter kit fish tank which came with pump then 2.00 for a goldfish.

Products are good and definately value for money the only thing i would say is if spending a large amount ie my last order was around 40.00 could you not waiver the delivery, or could you not have one standard delivery do not really think it is fair to offer a quicker service at a cost

The items arrived on time and undamaged. My only quibbles were that the angel flames were hard to light and keep alight & the aquasaur pack did not give any hint that a lamp was needed to keep the water warm, and that was not provided.
