It's hard to actually make anything with this product as it's nearly impossible to tie a knot in it. It just unravels. You have to pull the cord really hard to get the knot to stay and this makes the cord a bit thin.

I am sorry to hear you have had trouble with this item. I have been advised that if you tie several knots, on on top of the other, the cord should hold.
Easy to thread, but really hard to knot it securely without it slipping undone.

Delivery took longer than expected. I only found out that they'd apparently tried to deliver the item when I phoned to find out what the problem was. It then wasn't redelivered on the day they said and we ended up collecting the package ourselves to make sure we had it in time for the party that we'd ordered the items for. Problems due to the delivery company, not Yello Moon.
