overall good company, had a few hick ups with voucher codes....put them into checkout and then it didnt take the discount amount off. then had to get in touch with costumer service who eventually always gave me the discount but always saying "As a goodwill gesture on this occasion, we have refunded ..." so it sounded like i had to say thank you when i indeed had used the codes in time! happened 3 times now!
