I love Yellow Moon, because it's reliable, and offers a fantastic range of art and craft items that are good both for my own children, and for events like parties and school fairs. There's a great sense that buying from Yellow Moon means giving back to your school at the same time.

I did not receive the products by express delivery, although I had paid for this. I therefore called customer services several times and they arranged for me to receive them the next day. We had already wasted a day of half-term waiting for products that did not arrive. They arrived a couple of hours before my sons party, and several of the products were sub-standard or broken. Some children were left with no activities to do. It was embarrassing. I wrote a long email asking for a refund and have received NOTHING. Not even an apology. When I have the time I'll have to follow this up again. I refuse to pay for broken products and expect a refund, NOT to be ignored.
