Product Rating: The eyes did not stick to the pom-poms so once they were hung they just kept falling off. Also, it was difficult for the children to wrap the pipe cleaners round the pom-poms to make the legs effectively. Overall, a poor product - unusually!

Service Rating: great line of craft products suitable for small children... exactly what we needed for a hallowe'en boarding activity weekend at school ... will use again for christmas party ... (children aged 8 or so found the spider set hard to make properly though ... and eyes fell off easily)
