Data on the web gave the impression that a palette was a part of the item, which it was not and should have been.

Website very good, delivery good, product quality Iiffy'. One does not have confidence to return for future purchases, or recommend to others !! These days this is just NOT good enough. Some of us have been in Industry and know what the issues are, and what can be done if a company is not simply preoccupied with the 'Bottom Line' !! 4 out of 10 ! Over priced, and not good value !
