I think the website and customer service has been excellent. However, I live down a forest track and have a busy lifestyle. The courier company and your requirement to insist on a signature gave me significant problems. I arranged for a re-delivery and stayed in the house all day, but the courier did not use the doorbell and I missed him so I had to travel an hour by car and back to pick up my delivery in time for my daughter's party. It was very irritating.
A bit messy as it is difficult to separate back in to the original colours but lots of fun.

Very good company with excellent customer service. On tracking the package I saw that it stated that it had been delivered 2 days before however I had not received it. I contacted yellow moon who arrange a new delivery for the next day! On the next day I received both the first and second package, I contacted Yellow Moon and they immediately arranged for the second package to be returned.
