They were on offer however I still expected them to look like the picture however this was not the case the quality was not the same

I think that the website is easy to use and that the speed of delivery was excellent. However one of down sides is that it is not always clear what is included, maybe an idea would be a link to other product ie with the backpacks a l;ink to fabric paints or foam sticker so that the person could see what they needed to order. The other is that I was disappoint with the quality of the bees however they were on offer and for the price I paid were ok.

Was really pleased with the service I received. I added an extra item to my order and this was included in with my original order - I received a very polite email from Yellow Moon saying that it had been done.
My order was promptly dispatched and the items were good quality.
The only complaint I have is that I ordered square self-adhesive "gems". When you unpeel the stickers the backing comes off as well, which means that they are not self adhesive - this was disappointing as we were making crowns at my daughters 4th birthday party. I suggest that you re-look at this product and see if you think it is "fit for purpose".
I would be happy to recommend Yellow Moon to friends in the future. Would love if you offered free postage and packaging!
I have been buying things from yellow moon for many years now. I especially like their sales and tend to purchase many goods for the nurseries I work in and for my own children. I like their stocking fillers too.
