I was happy with the products I recieved but disappointed that one of the products had sold out and I was informed of this on delivery. If they had emailed me i would have picked an alternative before my goods were dispatched. The item was plain cards, so I had all the items to put on them but no cards.

the variety of items available was very good, some were unusual. some of the products weren't worth the price asked for them in my opinion. And i thought the craft kits i bought should have each been in their own bag with their own set of instructions. I ordered most items for party bags, but ended up having to put componenets for each kit in envelopes and had to print out sets of instructions to go with them which was time consuming!

Love the items for sale, they are great for crafting with kids.
Disappointed with the delivery delays and the ignorance I received about the fact I spent more on phone calls to the delivery company trying to get my package than was in the parcel, nobody seemed to care about the money I had to pay out for shoddy delivery
