Box dented, luckily it was for my daughter and not a present.

Web site is a nightmare. It never takes you back to where you were so you have to start at the beginning again. Finally managed to get to payment section and it wouldn't accept my card , so wasted lots of time as I had to place order by phone with same card which was accepted then!
