2. Some of the items are overpriced, and you miss opportunities for more orders by insisting on P+P charges - an incentive for more mail order is to offer free delivery charges intermittently. Try it, and see how your order rates improve... (eg, Boden does this; and Lands' End has cottoned on to this recently).
3. The idea of gifting a particular educational establishment via one's order seemed like a good idea at the time, but I no longer agree with this, and have not been able to change my status on this - Bierton Pre School - please remove this from my profile.
