Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, I have to say that you offer and deliver an excellant customer service - you have still kept a human aspect with your staff - banter and humour are still very important to customers - without all the cliched customer service paraphrasing that goes on with other companies - the last call I made I spoke with a gentleman and he was very helpful !

these had stickers on which had to be scrubbed off. The aplhabet one was good for my 3 yr old. Bought the other one for my 7 year old and I thought it was the times tables but when it came was addition of 1 to 12 so numbers upto 24.
Can you do a times tables one please?
