I had items from my large order missing in the first delivery. I communicated these items clearly to yellow moon over the phone and the next parcel sent out (which I had to collect from a difficult post office location) was still incomplete. The third parcel thankfully completed my order but the phone calls and receiving/collecting deliveries took time and was frustrating.

The Iridescent Pearlised Beads came in a variety of colours. The colours I used for my project were perfect. I also liked the iridescent effect on them.

I thought the service could be more efficient. I had to wait long time for the items to arrive. Part of my order was out of stock so I had to reorder. And again hastily wait long time for delivery and when I finally got it, one item was out of stock! So had to reorder for the third time! Luckily I didn't need the items urgently. Must add though, very helpful customer services.
