This was a real disappointment. I bought it as a Christmas present for my son to clean his laptop - but it does not work at all. It simply makes a noise when you switch it on but there is no sucking action and it is, therefore, purely decorative and a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this product at all!

Initial delivery missing an item , emailed and told wd be delivered soon had to prompt u after 2 weeks( pre bad weather ) I think but then delivered promptly given weather conditions. Was impressed by no quibbles. Wd use u again .
