I think Yellow Moon is a great resource for all types of craft materials and childrens gifts etc. i have always been happy with my purchases and when something has been missing from an order Yellow Moon were quick to put it right. Delivery has always been on time too.
Great variety of products. BUT disappointed with the stockings as it was not made clear that I needed to buy all the embellishments to go on them so by the time the stockings arrived it was too late to get any to decorate them in time for Xmas. Equally with the stained glass product it should be sold with the special pens or a big note made alongside the product that the pens were needed so we were not able to do that activity either.

These were a present to a 6 year old girl and she was absolutely delighted.

Placing the order was easy and I was kept well informed about the delivery. Unfortunately in my case, my package was stolen from the couriers van but I was advised on my account page to contact yourselves again, which I did, and was then immediately sent another package with next day delivery.
great items on offer but order not dealt with quickly enough. I only found yellow moon at the beginning of december. I ordered on 6th december, and you dispached the order on 15th. This delay meant that along with transport problems due to snow, the parcel was too late for Christmas.
