Overall service is very good however I was disapointed when shortly after placing this order I realised I had made a mistake on the quantity of 1 item. I emailed a query regarding my order straightaway, but as yet have not had a response. Meanwhile I had to place a separate order for the remaining items and so had to pay the delivery. I had hoped to amend the existing order but you did not respond.
Paid for next day delivery - got it a week later - no real apology - no refund of extra postage charge - very poor
