The service is good, and the products are often good. We have had a few products which were very poor quality, such as decorate your own paper bags which fell apart as the children carried them out of the room (with only a bar of soap in them), and the decorate your own string bags some of which were frayed, or had catches in the material. The kids didn't mind, but it was a shame they weren't perfect.
i placed an order a few month ago with you on express delivery for our group only to have it arrive late which left us unable to use the goods this time.i would have hoped that you would have informed me of your delay via e.mail which would have allowed us to make alternattive provisions, but this didn,t happen. when i phoned up to inform you of this, as a regular user i was hoping for aguessture of good will from such a reputable company, but found myself in the uncomfortable position of having to ask for this as it wasn,t offered.
