I am very happy with the service however I am finding more and more lately that products are arriving to me damaged, broken or missing pieces. I don't know if these problems are caused in transit but either way, this is not a good way to receive goods!
The website said the items were in stock, allowed me to put them in my basket and pay for them. Then only some were delivered as they were out of stock. The note with my delivery said my account was in credit and when I rang customer services they said I had to place an order. The orderline could not help and asked me to rang back - not transfer me - to talk to customer services. They then said I had been refunded. Totally confusing, poor customer service. If the items were out of stock the website shoudld say so.
