Using the porcelain pens is tricky for unsteady hands, as the liquid is runny/ wet when applied. Also colours run together when touching unless allowed to dry inbetween applications. I used them at a 12 year old girls party - I would say successfully!! An excellent product for steady hands.

FANTASTIC creative products website. It would have been helpful to know that the mugs will only accept the porcelain pens and also need baking for 4 hours. There are other "create your own mug kits" which have instant permanency alyhough the colours are not as brilliant.
