Product Rating: Satisfactory, but disappointing quality - have bought better at same prices. Website more appealing than reality.
Service Rating: Shame no rating for OK- as poor is a huge jump from good! Very slow delivery, mainly due to bad choice of courier ( who didn't even put a name name on the package!) Products were fine, but overall feel dsappointed with whole experience as not at the level I have come to expect from the market or competitors.

Product Rating: The edging to the beads is very rough - like they haven't been cast or finished properly. Not terribly suitable for use for children or once made into bracelets snags against clothing
