I would have put excellent for customer service - the Yellow Moon staff were great, and told me I'd have a text from the courier compnay to say when delivery would be. However, this is where service dropped.....I didn't recieve a text from the delivery company and in fact, was out, just arriving home at the same time as the box arrived. The delivery man then used unsuitable language saying 'It's all s**t' - I was taken aback as I thought he was implying my order was rubbish, when in fact he meant the equipment used to sign was sub-standard. Yellow Moon are excellent, the delivery service let's you down!
