Products fine, but the delivery philosophy puts me off using Y Moon again. The delivery charge of £3.45 for a light parcel seemed expensive, but when the parcel hadn't arrived 5 days after I'd been notified of its dispatch I enquired at the courier's local depot to be told that it arrived with them the day after dispatch (Friday) but was a '72hr delivery' and so wouldn't be delivered until Wednesday. When you have a daughter eager to receive her items it seems ludicrous to have them sitting in a local depot for 5 days, espeically when you've paid so much postage. So as delivery isn't free on small orders, I will think twice before using YM again. Any feedback from YM would be appreciated.

Our Response:

The commercial arrangement is that the parcel should be delivered within 72 hours of pick up from us. I will make our Account Manager aware of your complaint.
