This is the first time I have ordered from Yellow Moon and was pleased with the efficient service and good quality products. Fantastic range of art and craft items that were very well recieved at my daughter's recent birthday party.
I had items from my large order missing in the first delivery. I communicated these items clearly to yellow moon over the phone and the next parcel sent out (which I had to collect from a difficult post office location) was still incomplete. The third parcel thankfully completed my order but the phone calls and receiving/collecting deliveries took time and was frustrating.
