The quality of your products is good. I did have problems trying to change my order (as we have just invested in an iPad) so I ordered 2 extra items by mistake. I realised this immediately after I had the email confirmation and tried to contact one of your customer services advisors but the phone line cut me off when I asked to speak to an operator so I emailed immediately (as requested in the email confirmation) unfortunately no one picked up my email in time to alter my order and I didn't get a response until a few days later when the order had gone out.

Rather than write a comment for each individual item I will say here that my 8 nearly 9 year old has enjoyed all of these items and has spent many an hour amusing herslf with them.
