I ordered some beads and coloured elastic for my daughters birthday party to use during the party. I rang to check the status of my order and was told it would be dispatched the day I called, but it was actually dispatched 2 days later, and then I found that the colour elastic was not sent so was unable to make bracelets/necklaces during the party as planned. I ordered some other items after I placed my order with Yellow Moon and it was so much quicker and still sent 2nd class post, I don't think I would order again unless I allow extra time to receive the goods.

The letters were very hit and miss. Some were pratically invisable - nothing like the picture in teh catalogue. Afgain this causes disappointment when making as the final result isn't that impressive
