Service Rating: Hi - while the products were mostly good the % to our good course was pitiful and we raised less than £5.00 which hasn't been sent to us because its under £5.00 ! I spent nearly £50.00 and tried to buy as much of the xmas stuff I needed to raise money - I have just come back from the commitee meeting and we are looking at other options for this current year. The % seems to have dropped considerably from what we have achieved in previous years - it is just not worth the effort which is a shame.
Our Response:I am sorry to hear you are disappointed. We have made some changes to the cash back scheme this year, however only 3 supporters have placed orders using your nurseries source code over the Christmas scheme. This may have effected the amount of cash back received. Perhaps this year we could send your group more catalogues, in the hope that more cash back is generated. I will also pass your comments on to the Scheme Administrator.
