this was impossible to tie in knots, we tried everything, to make necklaces with the alphabet beads at a birthday party, but to no avail. simply comes undone of its own accord, how ever many knots you do. treid melting it but it just shrivelled to nothing. very frustrating. we had to use string.

I am sorry to hear you had difficulty with this item. I have been advised that you would need to tie several knots, one on top of the other to secure the cord. However, I will arrange for a credit to be applied to your customer account for the cost of this item.
Product is good but quite hard to tie it off sufficiently tightly to prevent the beads from sliding off. Needed parental help - and even then it was quite hard!
I was unhappy with the items I purchased, but yellow moon responded very quickly and did try to rectify the matter, so well done for a quick turn around and making the effort
