Very happy generally with the goods ordered but disappointed that although the goods arrived in around 3 days and were well packaged in a large box, at least 3 of the packs of beads had split open and were a nightmare to gather up. I had to presume that they were all there as counting them up would not have been practical.
I think the service you get is excellent and delivery is quick on your orders. I am so pleased I found yellow moon as I am a volunteer in my sons school so it has helped me to do diffrent activitys with the children.
I had items from my large order missing in the first delivery. I communicated these items clearly to yellow moon over the phone and the next parcel sent out (which I had to collect from a difficult post office location) was still incomplete. The third parcel thankfully completed my order but the phone calls and receiving/collecting deliveries took time and was frustrating.
