I had never used yellow moon before and am always a bit weary about ordering stuff in the post in case there are problems and you have no way of getting face to face contact with anyone. To confirm my fears I got sent 2 items in error which I was annoyed about especially as they were supposed to be christmas presents for a friend. I contacted the company and every time I phoned, the staff were knowledgable, organised and helpful. The order was changed and sent back to me without any problem and in very good time.
