Product Rating: weren't as good as I had expected they weren't very loud. children found them difficult to blow up.
Service Rating: I like the idea that a percentage of what i pay goes to a charity/organisation of my choice. They have a range of merchandise which is value for money. I did find it difficult to have the discount they were advertising for placing an order over £40 so I didn't receive free posting.
