Unfortunately my item did not arrive when I thought it would despite the tracker stating item had been dispatched. It was only when I contacted the company that it was brought to their attention the item had not been despacted (a week later). I realise it was my mistake for the wrong postcode but nobody had thought of contacting me to let me know that this item was never going to arrive. Once the item had been despatched accurately it was delivered next day just in time for my lesson!
really fast service, we had looked elsewhere but couldnt beat the prices and quantities - and bonus was the school was making some money. Will use again, my daughter spending hours making her trinkets.
Knots kept coming undone, elastic probably the better option

Very happy generally with the goods ordered but disappointed that although the goods arrived in around 3 days and were well packaged in a large box, at least 3 of the packs of beads had split open and were a nightmare to gather up. I had to presume that they were all there as counting them up would not have been practical.

I am sorry to hear you had difficulty with this item. I have been advised that if you tie several knots, one on top of the other, the cord should hold.
