• All parcels are despatched in the UK by a national carrier. 
• Delivery will take up to 6 working days. 
• Cost for Standard Delivery Service to UK addresses is £2.95 per order. 
• Always quote your full postcode when ordering.

For urgent orders we offer Express delivery services (UK Mainland only).

• Deliveries to these non-mainland UK areas cost £5.95 per order.
• Delivery will take up to 7 working days.

CHANNEL ISLANDS

• Channel Islands pay no VAT.
• Delivery will take up to 7 working days.
• Delivery to Channel Islands cost £7.95 per order.
• Select country as ‘United Kingdom’ but ensure you use the correct postcode.
• Please give a daytime delivery address, as all parcels need to be signed for.

B.F.P.O.

• Delivery to BFPO addresses will take up to 10 working days.
• Cost of delivery is £8.95 per order.
• Ensure 'B.F.P.O.' is chosen as the Country Code or the order will be invalidated.
• You will then be taken to ‘Complete Your Details' page - fill in the rest of your address.
• In the 'BFPO Number' field just enter the number e.g. '25'.
