Make sure you stock up on a good range of basics for the kids: packs of coloured paper, sticker packs and rolls of elastic for bead craft projects. It’s also useful to have lots of lovely stuff for them to stick, like jewels, sequins, buttons and feathers, as well as foam shapes, tissue paper and glitter. And of course, nobody will be doing any sticking if you haven’t got any sticky stuff, so stock up on glue sticks and PVA glue too!
There’s more to arts and crafts than paper, so a store of candle blanks, porcelain paints, glass painting supplies and polystyrene shapes will offer a wide range of craft options for all the family.
