We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange.

Please use the Returns Form sent with your order. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.

Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us.

We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.

Any item(s) returned for refund will reduce the total cash-back your chosen school, group or charity will receive by the original cash-back amount applied to the item(s).

Personalised Products
Please note refund or credit cannot be given on Personalised Products unless the item is defective. We cannot accept responsibility after an order has been received for incorrect details, misspelt words etc.
