We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange.

Please use the Returns Form sent with your order. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error. Whilst every effort is made to process refunds as quickly as possible they may take a little longer during peak trading periods.

Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us.

We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.

Any item(s) purchased and returned for refund, where cash-back has been allocated to a chosen school, group or charity, will reduce the total cash-back by the original cash-back amount applied to the item(s).
