Product Rating: The most difficult one came to bits as it came out of the box and I am still thinking about sending it back as I can't follow the instructions.
Service Rating: The website was a bit unfriendly and I had to do the order twice - it got confused about whether or not I was logged in.

My parcel was left on my doorstep. Unusual, but I did get it. Suppose someone had taken it though?
