Fast delivery & great service. The handling of my return was very slow, but I understand this was due to the christmas back log. Not that bothered, it got dealt with in the end.

I ordered from my home in Greece, for the items to be delivered to the UK, where we would be spending Christmas. After two weeks I received a notification of a refund from Paypal (the order had already been delivered and was waiting for me, unopened), from Yellow Moon. I had never received any notification about non-availability, so contacted the company to find out what it was for. It was then that I was told that the St. Paul's model was not available, leaving me with one model for two children, and no time to find a replacement. The reply I received was more or less "oh well, what can you do?", which was extremely annoying under the circumstances.
