You were very efficient at getting the order ready for delivery. the problem i had was with home delivery network that you sent the parcel with. They sent me two message sayings two different delivery times. They they tried to deliver and i wasn't in and diddnt leave a card so i ddin't know. 4 days later i checked online and found out and had to re-arrange delivery which took another 3 days. You never relied to my email either about the problem.
